Shop for luggage (I found sturdy rolling suitcases for less than $50 at Ross, Marshall's, and Walmart.)
Study Russian/Ukraine Language (using "Russian in 10 Minutes a Day")
Study Adoption issues (ongoing)
Finalize budget
Acquire process fees
Acquire travel fees
Finish home projects
Wait and wait and wait and wait!
